Los promedios aplanaban las anomal\u00edas clave.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestra soluci\u00f3n fue implementar una combinaci\u00f3n de m\u00e9tricas robustas:<\/p>\n<p>Mediana (para evitar sesgos por picos)<\/p>\n<p>Percentil 95 (para entender eventos extremos)<\/p>\n<p>Tiempo en rango \u00f3ptimo (basado en ventanas definidas por ingenier\u00eda)<\/p>\n<p>N\u00famero de eventos (con l\u00f3gica de umbrales)<\/p>\n<p>Esta estrategia nos permiti\u00f3 crear un dashboard diario con \u201csem\u00e1foros de comportamiento\u201d.
